Wicked Veracity Podcast Show Notes | Episode 117

The Mars retrograde period ends this week which means he is stationing, or stopping, in the sky in preparation of turning direct and moving forward again. Be mindful of your temper this week, my darlings. Nothing is as urgent or as in need of a full frontal assault as you may think. Pace yourself and make an extra effort to respond rather than react in the heat of the moment.

Monday provides a passionate and energetic start to the week. Pay careful attention to what you truly desire today as it is likely to be pointing you in the right direction. This is true even if you feel frustrated at your lack of progress in the moment.

Tuesday has a bit of a slow start with the Moon void until 10:15 am eastern and then being kind of quiet for the rest of the day. It’s a pragmatic day that should be very productive with minimal drama.

Thursday Mars stations direct at 3:56 pm eastern. This is when we all start to get our collective energy back. It’s like the few days before the new year when we have all of the ideas and optimism and energy for a fresh start. That’s what Mars stationing direct is likely to feel like but…

Mars is in Gemini and is being ruled by Mercury who will be retrograde until next week on January 18 so hold off a bit longer on making decisions and fresh starts. As I’ve said before, I’ll actually be waiting until the Aquarius New Moon on the 21st  to begin new things. However,  you can absolutely start laying some groundwork and picking up the pace in your daily life.

Friday begins with higher than usual levels of intuition and insight available so continue to dream and think about what you really want in 2023. I see a lot of people who get stuck wanting something for years that they never take action on or that is completely outside of their control simply because they don’t take the time to think about other possibilities and if they even want the old dream. 

Use the last remaining bit of Mercury retrograde to consider not only what new dreams you want to pursue but also what old dreams no longer serve the current or future version of yourself.

Saturday is interesting. I’ve talked extensively about the changes going on in your Taurus house and the structure you’ve been building in your Aquarius house. Today is a fantastic day to think about those two areas of life and how the Aquarius house can and is supporting the changes you want in the Taurus house.

Let’s do this by rising sign just for funsies since this will be getting another hit next week with the New Moon in Aquarius. 

I’m also going to say that the changes kicked off in 2020 with the Great Conjunction between Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius. Something shifted in December of that year that was meant to move you forward in the Aquarius area of life and which subsequently supports eclipse and Uranus changes in the Taurus area.
