This week we have some significant energetic shifts that will be setting the stage for the rest of the summer and early fall.

Monday we have massive energetic shifts happening.

In general, the focus today is likely to be pretty intense because before Mercury moves out of Cancer he’s going to face off against Pluto. This can lead to deep conversations, power struggles, psychological insights, obsession, and compulsive/intrusive thoughts.

The question to keep in mind is: How can you effectively communicate and express your emotional needs while still embracing necessary transformations and overcoming deep-rooted challenges in your life?

That will be intense for a lot of people but far more will notice the energetic shift as Mars moves into Virgo at 7:40 am eastern.

Pay careful attention to this area of life because it will be an area of scrutiny through the end of summer. You’ll likely be starting something in this area of life that will undergo some significant revisions towards the end of August and into September.

As Mars enters Virgo, the way we take action shifts towards precision, efficiency, and a meticulous approach to tasks. This transit brings a focus on taking very practical action. 

However, Virgo's perfectionism can amplify Mars' assertive nature if things don't go as planned. A balance between perfection and progress is crucial. 

• Aries Rising: Work and health matters become a primary focus. Balance is essential to avoid overworking.
• Taurus Rising: You might pursue creative or romantic interests with great detail and efficiency. Ensure you're still allowing room for fun.
• Gemini Rising: Energy may be directed towards improving the home or family dynamics. Be mindful of potential disagreements at home.
• Cancer Rising: Communication may become more analytical and precise. Avoid unnecessary criticism in your speech.
• Leo Rising: There could be an assertive drive towards financial security and organization. Make sure your actions align with your values.
• Virgo Rising: A surge of energy might lead you to focus on self-improvement and personal health. Exercise moderation to avoid burnout.
• Libra Rising: Energy might be directed towards introspection, healing, and spiritual practices. Avoid nitpicking yourself and others.

Tuesday we have another big energetic shift as Mercury enters Leo at 12:11 am Eastern. As a reminder, this is where Venus will soon be retrograde. While this area of life should feel slightly less contentious now that Mars has left the stage, it isn’t going to become any calmer in the near future. In fact, this is the area of life that is only going to become more intense over the next month.

Over the next three weeks, self-expression might become more flamboyant, confident, and theatrical. There is a natural gravitation towards the grandiose, towards sharing big ideas and telling great stories. People might find themselves eager to express their creative ideas, their passions, and their individuality. It's a great time to pursue endeavors that require public speaking, performance, or creative thinking.

However, it's essential to remember that with the increased passion and self-confidence may also come the possibility for ego-centric communication or a tendency to be overly dramatic. There could be a tendency to insist on being 'right,' be dominating in conversation, or to overlook the details in favor of grand visions.

• Aries Rising: This is a period for creative self-expression in hobbies, romantic pursuits, and experiences with children. Communication may be used as a form of play and enjoyment. 
• Taurus Rising: Family discussions and home matters may take a dramatic turn, and there could be a focus on expressing your ideas in the home environment. 
• Gemini Rising: Communication in your immediate environment becomes more flamboyant and confident. You may be eager to share your ideas and opinions with siblings, neighbors, and peers. 
• Cancer Rising: This placement emphasizes creative ways to handle personal resources and finances. Your ideas about material wealth may be grand and optimistic. 
• Leo Rising: Your self-expression and communication style become a dominant part of your personality. It's a time to focus on projecting your ideas boldly. 
• Virgo Rising: Self-expression and communication might turn inward, towards private thoughts, dreams, and the subconscious mind. 
• Libra Rising: There could be a lot of bold and expressive communication within your friendships and larger networks.

Wednesday you may find yourself with unexpected emotional insights and being nudged out of your comfort zone. This is an excellent opportunity to better understand your needs and values but there could be some tension between the desire to maintain the peace and expressing your individuality.

Try to embrace these unexpected feelings (yours or those of the people around you) as opportunities for growth, even if they make you uncomfortable. It's important to communicate openly and honestly about your feelings with those close to you, even if it means upsetting the status quo.
