Astrology for the Week of March 14 - 20

If there is a general theme for this week it is to go with the flow and think before you speak.

Monday 3/14:

Monday has the potential to be tense. The temptation could be to allow that tension to manifest in ways that are reactionary but you could also channel it into something productive.

When you notice yourself ‘shoulding’ a situation, yourself, or someone else that’s an opportunity to realign with the reality of what is rather than what we wish it was. Stay in the moment and move forward with intention to maximize the energy of the day.

Tuesday 3/15:

Tuesday morning has the potential to start with frustration that continues throughout the day, thanks to an opposition with Saturn followed by a Void Moon.

The trick to not letting it blow up is to be open to the potential of the day without hoping to force any of your objectives.

Spend time completing a project you started earlier in the week, month, or year. Or plan for some self-care, naps, or long meandering walks seeking inspiration. 

Wednesday 3/16:

Wednesday is more productive but also has the potential for miscommunication and being reactionary. It also has the potential for unexpected insights and spontaneity.

When you’re not sure what someone else meant by that email or text, ask for clarification and don’t jump to conclusions. Yes, that is something I say a lot but I say it a lot for a reason. Our brains forget and need to be reminded, especially on days like today. 

Thursday 3/17:

Thursday morning could deliver big bold ideas that you want to take action on right away. Show a little restraint and make sure you dot all of the i’s and fact check before committing to a person, project, idea, or plan of action. 

I don’t say that because it’s a bad idea. The insights you uncover today and to a larger extent for the entire week are likely valuable…. But they may need modification or editing to become realistic.

The full moon happens before dawn on Friday so if you love your plan and are fully in on your dream that has a solid foundation in reality and not just romantic daydreams, today and tonight are great for manifestation magic or actions.

Friday the Full Moon is exact at 2:17 am eastern. After that point manifestation stops and it’s time to begin letting go of anything that is holding you back from achieving your dreams. The Sun and Pluto are working together this afternoon to help you express anything that needs to be said clearly to others so you can move forward.

People often think changing their objective, relationship, or way of being is destructive - and sometimes it is. But usually, it looks more like pruning a plant. If you know me you’ll know why it’s hilarious that I would use a plant example, but even I know that you have to trim a plant so that resources aren’t wasted trying to keep something that is dying alive at the expense of the whole rest of the plant.

So, if lighting things on fire feels a little too emotionally intense for those of you without strong Scorpio placements, consider where you may need to trim areas of relationships or your life in order to give the proper care and attention to the parts you want to grow and flourish.

Saturday is electric and a great day to work on a project that requires dedication and enthusiasm. Relationships could be a little unpredictable or tense but if you resist the urge to fight what is unfolding you’ll be able to navigate the path forward more effectively.

As always, relationships don’t just mean your significant other. They can mean your relationship with money, food, friends, family, lovers, yourself, children, or coworkers. 

When you notice that feeling of swimming against the current and not being in flow, that’s where the adjustment needs to be made. Growth can come from changing your thoughts about the relationship rather than the circumstance of the relationship itself.

Sunday 3/20:

Sunday, the Sun moves into Aries at 11:33 am and from the point of view of someone (me) who is tired of all of the foggy Pisces energy - it’s the only thing that matters today and I intend to celebrate 🙃 But I recognize this forecast isn’t just for me soooo…

The morning could be emotionally intense and you may still be figuring out what you need to let go of or what you’re willing to put up with going forward. Clarity should be a bit easier to find this afternoon once the Sun moves into Aries and the Moon moves into Scorpio.

Two shifts like that right before the start of a new week should feel like a brand new chapter forward for many people. Especially since the Sun’s ingress into Aries is the astrological new year.

I love new beginnings and I love that we have so many new times to start fresh with astrology. The Aquarius New Moon was a soft push forward and the Sun in Aries is a military-esque plan forward - maybe in a new direction.
