Astrology for the Week of March 7 - 13

Before we get started, I want you to know that all times I’m going to mention are in the Eastern time zone. If you want to see the aspects discussed in the forecast on your digital calendar in your time zone, you can get that here.

This week is relatively quiet. It’s almost as if the universe knew we’d all need a little extra time to settle into the changes of the past week. Venus is finally moving full speed ahead after being stuck in Capricorn since November. So, while it may be quiet on a day-to-day basis we do have planets moving you forward in the background.

However, I do have a tiny caveat. The Sun will be moving towards a conjunction with Neptune all week. Inching closer and closer - making the energetic signature stronger until it culminates on Sunday. As with everything in life, this isn’t objectively good or bad but it can feel subjectively like either.

If you’re feeling like the main character in a romantic comedy or Disney movie, be aware that it may be too good to be true, and don’t make promises until the fog clears next week. Keep in mind that romance could be with a significant other, friend, or professional relationship or situation. 

On the other hand, if you feel like all hope is lost and you’re in the midst of the longest winter without sun in the history of ever - know that will dissipate next week too. 

If I can offer one single piece of advice for the entirety of this week it would be to feel into your most idealistic dreams without getting lost in your most terrifying nightmares.

Monday should move along as planned with very little resistance until about 5 pm where there could be a little delay or frustration. Monday night is a lovely time for a date or to explore art, music, nature, or your own internal landscape.

Tuesday 3/8:

Tuesday morning make sure you take the time to think before you speak, especially if you’re feeling really strongly about the situation. The Moon moves into Gemini at 1:39 pm making the afternoon much more communicative. Use the afternoon for meetings, making decisions, and working through any logistical problems, and tonight for a date or time with loved ones.

Wednesday 3/9:

Wednesday is another productive day with an added layer of optimism that could lead to issues with self-control this evening so just make sure to run all thoughts and offers through a reality check. 

The big news of today is Mercury moving into Pisces. No one is going to be as analytical or solution-oriented for about a month. Instead, lean into your dreamy, romantic, intuitive, imaginative side and see where you land.

Thursday 3/10:

Thursday may have an element of confusion and delay thanks to a square to Neptune followed by a void Moon that lasts the rest of the day. Be prepared for things to take longer than usual if you’re dealing with the outside world. If you get to set your own schedule, it’s a great day for deep work in your cave.

The Moon moves into her home sign of Cancer before dawn on Friday, setting up the day and weekend for emotional connections. Reach out and let your clients, audience, friends, family, significant others, and whoever else is important to you know how much you value them.

Saturday is a dreamy, cozy, lovely gem of a day. Self-care, spending time with loved ones, working on a creative project, meandering by the water, and falling in love are all on the menu. 

The Sun-Neptune conjunction early tomorrow morning helps lend a dreamy romantic current to the day. It’s a phenomenal night for a date, creating art, or finding spiritual inspiration.

On the flip side, it could also be a bit delusional and escapist so if those are tendencies for you, be mindful. Neptune activations can also make people a little extra tired so if you feel the need for a nap, cuddle up and see what kind of dreams float in.

Sunday 3/13:

The Sun-Neptune conjunction is exact at 6:43 Sunday and with the Moon still in Cancer until 3:30, all of the feels are front and center. Once the Moon moves into Leo, you’ll have the fire you need to wrap up any outstanding things on your weekend to-do list and prep for next week.
