Astrology for the Week of June 19-25

I’m really looking forward to solstice this year but… the rest of the week isn’t nearly as festive. If you can, make plans to celebrate (which can mean going out with friends or doing something magical) on Solstice as it is the most delightful day of the week.

Monday is great for spending some time with your New Moon thoughts and prepping for Solstice - which is still a few days away. It’s a great time to assess and possibly restructure values, so you are able to balance material pursuits with emotional and spiritual fulfillment.

Tuesday is a little Unsteady. It has the vibe of the song I linked by X Ambassadors. Specifically, that acoustic version, which has a kenodromia vibe. 

That’s the Greek term for what they called running in the emptiness or running in the void. 

We call it a void of course Moon (specifically the kind we’re currently in where the Moon doesn’t make an aspect with any other planet for 30 degrees regardless of sign boundaries is a Hellenistic Void of Course Moon).

Thursday is a red flag day. For those of you who don’t live on the Gulf Coast, a red flag indicates high surf or strong currents and that’s an apt description anytime the Moon and Mars get together. 

Emotions are likely to be a little closer to the surface and unpredictable so make sure you love your reasons before you share your thoughts.

On the downside, this transit can create confusion, misunderstandings, or deception in communication. There may be a tendency to ignore practical details in favor of an idealized vision of reality. It can also be a time when it's difficult to stay focused or disciplined in your thinking.
