Astrology for the Week of June 12-18

Monday 6/12:

Monday is action-oriented and a nice productive start to the week. That’s actually great news because as the week progresses things become more dreamy and confusing which isn’t ideal for getting all of the things done.

Tuesday 6/13:

Tuesday is slightly more intense but around 2:31 pm Eastern, the vibe shifts dramatically as the Moon eases into Taurus. It’s a pretty great night as the Moon moves towards Jupiter. 

I know it’s a school/work night but it’s one of the better nights for going out and having a nice meal or enjoying time with friends, romantic partners, or family.

Wednesday is a bit more grr and way less purr. That can be great for productivity but it’s not warm and fuzzy.

Thursday has a lot of chaotic and contentious energy swirling around. That isn’t a bad thing necessarily - surprises are good and positive change is often initiated by differing opinions. 

Attempt to blend practical thinking with intuition and compassion. It’s a good time for disciplined study in abstract or spiritual topics and it may encourage communication that has more empathy, sensitivity, and responsibility.

On the downside, it might feel like your ideas and communication are being tested or blocked, and this could lead to frustration or feelings of isolation.

Saturday is pretty great for communicating effectively and directly while also being charming. It’s a nice day for socializing and being creative as long as you stay focused and don’t lean into the potential for drama or go squirrel mode.

At 1:27 pm Saturn stations retrograde and he will be retrograde until November 3rd. 

During Saturn's retrograde in Pisces, it’s a great time to review the responsibilities and structures in your Pisces area of life to decide what’s working and what might need a little revision. If you’re not sure what area of life this is in, think about any new structures, boundaries, or routines you’ve put into place since Saturn moved into Pisces on March 7.

Sunday morning at 12:37 am Eastern we have the Gemini New Moon. 

Wherever you find Gemini you’re naturally curious and enjoy intellectual stimulation. This New Moon offers you the annual new beginning in this area.

However, this New Moon is squaring Neptune in Pisces, which adds an element of dreaminess, creativity, and potential confusion to the mental clarity that Gemini usually enjoys. Additionally, Saturn stationing retrograde in Pisces adds a tone of introspection, responsibility, and a reevaluation of boundaries.

This New Moon is fantastic for enhanced creativity and imagination, increased empathy in communication, and integration of dreams and reality. However, there is also the potential for confusion and miscommunication, disillusionment or over-idealism, and emotional avoidance of responsibilities. 

There is a LOT going on in the astro-weather that makes it best to keep to the thinking about it part of goal setting until after Solstice (on the 21st) when you can start all the new things.
