[Fate & Free Will ] Astrology for the Week of January 29 - February 4

Did you know I refused to offer astrology readings or even talk about astrology outside of my close circle for years? Yup and not because I’m shy, have social anxiety, or because I didn’t think I was good at it. 

Mostly it was because it makes me mental to see people abdicate their free will to anything, including astrology.

You will never hear me say absolutely don’t do something because of the astrology or that xyz placement means you’re doomed to suffer a life of whatever unpleasant fate you want to insert.

Astrology is just a tool and it’s not even a good one if you’re not using it to enhance your life and expand your awareness. One of the best ways to do that is by consciously working with it to broaden your perspective of how you interact with the world - that, my darling, is where the magic is.

Last week one of my Crusaders was telling me that the tools she’s learned have changed her life. She thinks differently now and isn’t thrown (as often or as fiercely) by things that used to rock her world. 

And it was making her uneasy.

Because what if it all went away? What if it stopped working? What if life went back to the way it was?

The super cool thing about the free will stuff I teach, once you’ve got it you never lose it. Spreading that information is why I do this. I think of myself as a subversive astrologer that teaches people critical thinking and the radical concept of complete accountability.

Monday is great for disciplined action and innovative problem solving. Keep working on your long term goals but with the added boost of unexpected insight or discoveries. 

Just be aware that while you (or someone in your life) is busy upleveling, it might be triggering for those who preferred the old version or who make it mean that the changes are a threat to their position or  their continued way of being - any of which could cause amped up aggression.

In other news, the Moon will be void from 4:03 am eastern until the Moon moves into Scorpio at 3:36 pm. During that window, plans are more likely to be canceled or rescheduled and it’s not a great time to begin new things. It is, however, an excellent time to work on projects you already had started, to schedule in some deep work time, or to fully embrace all things self-care related - or all of the above.

Once the Moon hits Scorpio the intensity dial gets turned up as does the potential for emotional shifts that could lead to deeper introspection and some adjustments in how you handle profound changes.
